From the start of my medical career, my deepest calling has been to heal—not just manage symptoms, but to support the whole person in their journey toward true wellness. Family Medicine became my foundation, allowing me to care for patients at every stage of life. Yet over time, I noticed a critical gap: while conventional medicine excelled in acute care, it often fell short in addressing the root causes of chronic illness. Medications provided stability, but many patients remained trapped in cycles of dependency, battling side effects without ever achieving lasting vitality.
I also recognized that true health extends far beyond the physical—it encompasses emotional balance, mental clarity, and even spiritual well-being. Preventative care, I realized, shouldn’t just be about early disease detection, but about empowering people with the knowledge and tools to thrive. This insight led me to Integrative Medicine, where I discovered the profound impact of blending ancient healing traditions with modern science.
At an integrative clinic in Boston, I saw transformative results firsthand: patients with chronic fatigue, autoimmune conditions, and persistent pain found relief through acupuncture, functional medicine, and mind-body practices like QiGong. My own healing journey—resolving chronic leg pain through yoga after conventional treatments failed—deepened my belief in holistic care.
Determined to expand my toolkit, I trained in Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and Functional Medicine, disciplines that honor the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Today, at Aim Whole Health, I merge these wisdom traditions with evidence-informed medicine to create personalized healing paths. Whether supporting cancer patients with homeopathy and meditation or reversing chronic conditions through root-cause medicine, my mission remains the same: to guide patients beyond symptom management and into true wellness—where healing is sustainable, empowering, and whole.
